Can commercial email be sent with FreeLists?
In general, yes. UCE, or Unsolicited Commercial Email, is completely prohibited, however. There's nothing at all wrong with a mailing list for a commercial entity: any business with a list of subscribers who have requested a monthly newsletter, for example, is welcome to host its lists with FreeLists.
